Service Level Agreement Pictures
This Agreement shall remain valid until it is replaced by a revised Agreement, approved by mutual agreement of the Interested Parties. The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure that the appropriate elements, obligations and standards are in place to provide a consistent photo service. This Agreement constitutes a Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) between Spinview UK Limited and the “Photographer” or “Agency” (“Service Supplier”) for the provision of photographic services necessary to support and maintain the Product or Service, and should be read in conjunction with the “Service Provider Agreement – Photographer Agreement” signed by both parties. This section describes the minimum service standards expected by the service provider. Effective support for in-scope services is the result of maintaining consistent service levels. The following sections contain relevant information about service availability, monitoring in-scope services, and related components. The Document Owner is responsible for allowing the periodic review of this document. The content of this document may be amended if necessary, provided that the main actors are mutually agreed and communicated to all parties concerned. The document holder will include all subsequent revisions and, where appropriate, seek reciprocal agreements/approvals.
The following detailed service parameters are the responsibility of the Service Provider as part of the ongoing support to this Agreement.
